How it works
Each grade is converted to grade points, multiplied by credits, summed and divided by total credits.
Formula
GPA = Σ(grade points × credits) ÷ Σ credits
Example
A 3-credit A and a 4-credit B+ give (12 + 13.32) ÷ 7 = 3.62 GPA.
